We have had a decent summer and are finding it hard to believe it is coming to an end already. We have been busy but had some time to have a little fun as well. Macade here has decided he is an angler this summer. He is pretty good at it and very serious about it. He spends as much time as he can on the river. He is still taking apart motorcycles and enoying his work.
Bless Nina's heart. She gets dragged along and is so patient about it. She is very busy right now. She recently was hired as an instructor at a fingernail academy, she still works at Old Navy and is in school. We love having her in our family! She sure is a good sport about this house full of boys.
Skyler got to spend time at his favorite place EVER this summer. I love traveling with Skyler because he documents everything. He knows where we saw what animal at what time on what day. He also is a great photographer and has scrapbooked this trip as well as one he took with Sterling. He is still working at Aquatherm and not really enjoying that but he makes up for it by going to Kids on the Move to help out a couple days a week as well. What a guy.
Koy is running....and running... and running. It has been so cool to see his progress over the year. He runs about 6 miles a day and has been at the top of his team until he got sick. Even with a horrible cough, Koy took 10th place out of 450 runners in a trip to Idaho. Can't wait to see what he can do when he is healthy. He started high school this year and if there was ever a kid that will make it awesome, he will.
Sterling and I have been just trying to keep up with all of them. Ha!

I Tell the Truth
I did not lie, it just took me a while to brag about Skyler. (Posted picture is his doing. Not the abuse of his mother.) He got a JOB!! Yay! One of our patients started up a new business here in Orem and needed some folks to get his warehouse started. Skyler has been working hard! His first paycheck is being spent at the Rock and Gem show that he has been waiting for the whole year. Hopefully the critter he brings home is not too big:( Hopefully he will continue this job for some time. We are excited and he seems to like it and feel better about himself. Happy dance!
Other news... The new ride! Sterling spoiled me to tears this Valentine's Day with a new car! He was so tired of me being stranded in random places with the good ol Rodeo that he took pity on me. (It has been 14 years.) As much as I loved the Rodeo, this baby rocks! Love my hubby!
Little blurry picture of the newlyweds! We are so happy to have Nina in our family that we can't stand it! She is so fun and smart and fits right in with this rowdy bunch! This picture was taken at their wedding luncheon. It was a beautiful day and a perfect evening for them. We had so much fun. It was very small and just their style. Loved it!
