Update

So, busy as usual here in the Ghetto. As I type there are several police units scouring the neighborhood for heaven only knows what. I'll let you know what's up after they frisk me. (Please frisk me...) That would at least make it worth the fact that I couldn't get onto my street.
Anyway, I updated Cade's blog and let's just say there is much to do with him before deployment.
Skyler is good. His new math tutor is a champ! I only wish I would've found him sooner. Unfortunately, I think the math teacher is the problem. Anyway, he will sail through accounting next year! He applied for a job at the local ballpark. Say a little prayer for him.
Koy is still the funniest little dude I know. He is done with track and enjoying an occasional root beer. He is singing in his last concert this week and I think he is a little bummed that it's almost summer time. My kids are freaks in that they detest summer. They get too bored. Weirdos. He told me today that he had next year all figured out to his advantage. He will be in A Capella with a lot of 9th graders. So he figured he could make lots of older friends then be nice to the "sevies" that would love to hang with a 8th grader that has lots of 9th grade friends. Then he got that mad scientist look and said, "younger people are so easily manipulated." Watch out people! This kid is a little... wow! I love it.
Sterling is going mad himself trying to find a contractor that will renovate our house. It is a big deal and I'm hoping it works out. Don't worry that I wasn't so into the idea of adding a train room. That is until he figured out he would have to sweeten the deal with a master bedroom and bath for me. Hmmmmm... I see a connection to a certain 7th grader here.
I am staying pretty busy as it is the only way to stay sane. Well, at least not insane... well...
OK, anyway, I hope you are all doing well too.
